Another great initiative from BPC happened last Thursday.

Considering the weather, the time table was moved to 10 AM, a very smart move from the organizers.
We all enjoyed a beautiful sunny day of at least 2 hours of pickleball, with a friendly fierce competition from all participants.
Indeed, there is not another way to improve our game, than participating in events of this nature.
The self-control to face our best competitor…ourselves. That adrenaline-induced desire to -smack the ball, when the right move should be a gentile touch to win the play…this is the real challenge of the game…this wonderful game that is pickle ball.
Paddles up my friends! On October 24th we will have another opportunity for the 3.0 and 3.5 and on the 26th for the 2.0 2.5 players.
If you are interested please sign up with Gail at email@example.com.
Are you interested in testing your pickleball skills, but don’t have the endurance for a full tournament? …
Treasure Valley Pickleball Clubs are raising money to build a 12-court dedicated pickleball facility. “Beat Boise’s Best” is a donate-to-play event held on May 27, after competition events are finished at Settlers Park.
BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK…for a $50 tax-deductible donation you and your partner will play a game to 11 against Glenn Spivey & Zack Pancheri (our resident 5.0 team).
See how many points you can score.
The worst that could happen is you could learn something, while supporting the sport of pickleball.
Cement your spot on their ‘dance card’ today by sending an email with a subject of ‘Beat Boise’s Best’ to Barbara Dumler (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Over 70 pickleball enthusiasts showed up this morning for the HOBBLE CREEK COMPLEX KICK OFF.
KBOI Channel 2 sports director BRYAN LEVIN was on hand to play a bit of pickleball. You can watch a short clip during the 10:00 p.m. broadcast tonight.
Keep tuned in for more information about an in depth look at pickleball with Bryan Levin that will air next week.
