Pickleball Clinic with Dee Davison

A Hands-On Skills Clinic featuring Dee Davison will be held on Monday, June 13th & Tuesday, June 14th. There are two sessions each day.

The clinic will be held at Sawtooth Middle School in Meridian.

Dee is a nationally-recognized 5.0 tournament-level player. She competes in tournaments regionally and throughout the nation. She specializes in individual and group training, coaching, training program development and pickleball tournament management. She is a highly respected player and contributor to the Pickleball community.

Come to a Dare to Drill Session

According to many of the top pro pickleball players, the BEST way to improve your game is to DRILL, DRILL and then DRILL some more.

Practice makes perfect. All it takes is setting aside at least ten drilling minutes each time you play to work on fine-tuning your game with some skill specific drills. Commit to that and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how quickly your game will improve.
 
The Boise Pickleball Club will offer another free Skills + Drills clinic for BPC members  on Thursday, May 26 – Manitou Park, starting at 9:00 AM.
 
These clinics will familiarize  experienced players with drills, designed for 2 to 4 players, which can be used to improve pickleball skills.
 
Bring your paddles.  Balls provided.  Open play after the clinics.

0505160959aAbout a dozen Boise Pickleball Club members met at Manitou Park recently to work on pickleball fundamentals.

While initially billed as Beginners Clinics, there was much to learn for novices and veterans alike.

Tim Gleason showed a variety of short drills that players can work into their warm-up routines to improve their play.

0505160948Another FUNdamentals clinic will be held Thursday, May 19th starting at 9:00 a.m. in at Manitou Park at 2001 S. Manitou Avenue in Boise.

That clinic will hold something new and something old…

It will highlight techniques covered in the first clinic, and it will introduce new techniques to improve your game even more!
